A family business, still led by the founder.

S-P Services, formerly Dalegarth Services, has been trading since 1985 and was purchased by Celestino “Tino” Coelho in 1997. Tino grew up in the trade, working alongside his father from the age of 13, and has built the company on a foundation of quality workmanship, honesty and reliability.

What started as a small family-run operation has grown into a trusted name across South London. We specialise in construction, silicone rendering, property maintenance and commercial cleaning, serving private homeowners, landlords and major housing associations alike.

Over the decades, we have completed hundreds of projects, from kitchen extensions and loft conversions to full property refurbishments and specialist rendering. Our reputation has been built on doing the job right, every time, and treating every client’s property as if it were our own.
